Welcome to Wolds Way Lavender and Nature Farm.

Wolds Way was started in 2001 by Steve and Anne with a view to providing a lavender farm visitor attraction and nature haven, and the production of high quality lavender oil and products. Sarah and Danny, their daughter and son-in-law, have been involved throughout and have now come on board with the running of the farm full time.

Everything we do is inspired by our love of the Wolds and our passion to inspire people to engage with and protect our beautiful countryside and wildlife. Watching Mia, our daughter and granddaughter, exploring the farm and discovering nature continues to inspire us to provide a place that leaves lasting memories with our visitors young and old.

We grow, harvest and distil lavender here on our working lavender farm to extract our high quality 100% pure lavender essential oil. We are proud that all our lavender oil is produced on our farm, from plants grown on our farm. All our lavender products contain only our lavender oil meaning they have and amazing natural aroma and also provide the many natural benefits of lavender (LINK).

Lavender and nature go hand in hand in our mini ecosystem on our farm. Our trees, lavender, wildflowers and other plants provide shelter, food, and nesting sites and in return the wildlife help the plants thrive. Our unique slice of paradise.

We are delighted to provide an outdoor attraction that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. We love to see multi generations enjoying the outdoors together and our gardens and games (LINK) aim to bring people and families together. Our nature themed games and activities aim to provide a memorable experience, help learning through play, and inspire people to continue to look after our natural world.

Accessibility has always been key in all our planning. Raised lavender and herb beds, sensory stimulation, a combination of wheelchair friendly gravel and grass paths, plenty of seating (with extra added recently at our lovely visitors requests), accessible facilities, and quiet places to take time out to enjoy the tranquillity, aroma and views, ensure everyone can have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We are always happy to work with visitors to ensure their visit runs smoothly.

Our tearoom serves drinks, light snacks, cakes and our speciality lavender scones. Plus look out for our nature themed goodies! Our shop sells our lavender product range and a selection of gifts, toys and plants. We strive to use good quality, local ingredients and provide friendly and efficient service.

As a small family run business there is always plenty to do! We are always looking for new ideas, ways to work more sustainably and to support our local community. We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service to provide an excellent experience for all. We are always listening to our customers to continue to develop and improve.
